The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 30(b), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66709 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 54652 of 2019, Annexure-2, and the case of these petitioners stands of similar footing. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since July, 2019. Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on regular bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S.
