In the totality of the facts and circumstances, the company Judge has committed no error by passing an order for execution of sale deed in favour of Dr. Ratnashila Sinha. The Court is informed that the final execution of the sale deed has also been done in favour of Dr. Ratnashila Sinha on 26.07.2017. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
