The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.6.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of further dowry demands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and the investigation has already concluded. Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner.
