Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the cause title of the writ petition itself, the father's name and address of the petitioner have wrongly been typed as "son of Late Kesar Bhuiyan, resident of Village Kartahi, P.S. Gurua, District Gaya" in place of "son of late Kesar Manjhi Resident of Village Lakshnaiti, P.S. Sherghati District Gaya" as evident from the copy of the voter's Identity card of the Election Commission of India forming part of the writ petition. It is submitted that consequently, the said errors were carried in the judgment dated 20.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2713 of 2018.
3. Let the cause title of the judgment dated 20.03.2018 be
Patna High Court MJC No.1165 of 2018 dt.18-04-2018 2/2 treated as corrected in respect of father's name and address of the petitioner as "son of late Kesar Manjhi Resident of Village Lakshnaiti, P.S. Sherghati District Gaya" in place of "son of Late Kesar Bhuiyan, resident of Village Kartahi, P.S. Gurua, District Gaya".
4. The judgment dated 20.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2713 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
