2. Upon instructions, learned counsel for the University submitted that he is filing affidavit showing payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the payment.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
5. However, if the petitioner feels that any further amount is still due and payable, he shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Registrar of the University.

6. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits by passing a reasoned order, within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
