The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have no concern with the alleged motorcycle. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019.
