Patna High Court MJC No.3865 of 2019(4) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 demand draft of Rs. 30,34,065/- (Thirty Lakhs thirty four thousand sixty five only) dated 15.03.2021 pertaining to 50% back wages of the petitioner, which is directed to be kept in safe custody of the Registrar General of this Court. It is made clear that the said demand draft dated 15.3.2021 shall be disbursed subject to the final outcome of the appeal pending before the learned Division Bench of this Court bearing LPA No. 236 of 2020.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, however, with a direction to the contemnors to ensure that the salary of the petitioner is paid within time regularly. It is also made clear that the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition in case of dismissal of the aforesaid appeal bearing LPA No. 236 of 2020 and non-payment of the aforesaid draft dated 15.3.2021.
