2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 258 of 2025 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(3), 308(4), 326(f), 324(6), 111(5) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that levy of Rs. 1 lakh was demanded from the informant and was threatened of dire consequences. It is further alleged that on 12.12.2024 certain unknown miscreants have put fire to the tyre of Hywa and JCB.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

During course of investigation, his name has surfaced on the basis of C.C.T.V. footage. It has further been submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It has also been submitted that petitioner is specially able and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. No demand was made by him. He is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 15.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Arwal (Jehanabad) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 258 of 2025 arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024.
