The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 427, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70005 of 2022(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further he submits that there is case and counter case between the parties, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
