2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the police received secret information that two persons with illegal arms are coming from Bahdarpur side in a car. When the said vehicle was stopped during course of search from the possession of one coaccused Sanny Kumar two live cartridge was recovered and upon search of the petitioner one country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67723 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of false, baseless and concocted allegation. He further submits that the proper search and seizure procedure has not been followed, there is no independent witness rather the police personnels are the witness of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The chargesheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:- (i) Petitioner will remain physically present in trial on each and every date till the disposal of the case failing which, on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of
