JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard Mr. YC Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P. S. Case No.08 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 376 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by Mr. Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that it is not disputed that the contents of Annexure-3 are not true. Once the contents of Annexure-3 is not disputed by the informant, it would be manifest that the relationship between the informant and the petitioner was consensual.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced at the Bar, the provisional prearrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.09.2019 is hereby confirmed.

The application is disposed of.
