2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 426 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was at home all the accused persons armed with deadly weapons came there and brutally assaulted the informant and her family members. Allegation against the petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted with tangi on informant's father-in-law, causing him grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to family dispute. The petitioners and the informant are next door neighbour and there is some petty issues between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in judicial custody since 03.07.2023. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioners or tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant assisted by the State oppose the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 426 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:-

(1) One of the bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.

(2) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be
