2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for the issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or Some other appropriate writ or writs or order or direction of directing the Competent authorities to pay quantum of compensation amount payable as compensation treating the lands in question the nature of land is residential, therefore petitioner is entitle to have higher amount of compensation since 01-01-2014 issue notice no 707

Patna High Court CWJC No.15730 of 2023(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 Dated 06-02-2012 under section 3 E of NHAI Act 1956 in favor of petitioner situated at village Bishunpur Pakri Police Station Beur, District Patna under Awardi (Panchat) No. 48 Thana No. 31, Tauzi No.5343, Khata No. 117, Plot Nos. 170 total Area(in Ekad)- 0.240 were acquired for construction of land in L.A.Case No. 58/2012-13 in accordance with law and complying mandatory provisions of National Highway Act, 1956. whereas the land of the petitioner is under the right, title and peaceful and continuous physical and exclusive possession of the petitioner having get done mutated his name in the record of right addition to rent receipts continuously since then."

3. On 26.03.2026, an order was passed to remove the defect(s) within a period of three weeks.

4. As it was a peremptory order and the defect(s) was not removed, it got dismissed on 16.04.2026
