The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. He was earlier made accused in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 633 of 2015 in which he has been acquitted by the competent Court as such there is no criminal case pending. Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has been acquitted in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 633 of 2015, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty
