KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The Prosecution case is that informant Shobha Devi lodged a complaint on 05.04.2017 at about 6:00 pm alleging that Nirmala Devi enticed her daughter Nitu Kumari and took her to Ballia Market, where she handed over her daughter to four persons including the petitioner. The girl was recovered and in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C before the 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai stated that on account of quarrel with her Bhabhi, she left the home and went to her Maternal Aunt's (Mausi) house at Saharsa. Subsequently, when the brother of the victim girl reached Saharsa searching her,

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017.
