Under the MGNREGA Scheme itself there is a procedure laid down for constituting an authority at divisional level and state level itself for enquiry into such matters and consistently in a large number of cases, we relegated the parties to take recourse to the remedy provided under the scheme itself for redressal of the grievance.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the
