JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this case is squarely covered by the decision dated 11.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7322 of 2017 as also the order dated 01.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9777 of 2019.

If this be so, then this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of matric trained scale on

Patna High Court CWJC No.22382 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 completion of three years from the date of joining of the petitioner as he cannot be faulted with no "on job" training.

Necessary decision in this regard shall be made by the concerned respondent within a period of sixty days of filing of a suitable representation before such respondent, annexing a copy of the orders referred to above as also of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be covered by the aforesaid decisions, necessary consequential orders also shall be passed within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
