2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 316(5), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Block Teacher on the basis of forged documents as the name of her father vary in her educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Name of the father of petitioner is Birendra Prasad which is mentioned in her Secondary School Certificate, provisional certificate and mark-sheets of the secondary school examination but thereafter, marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with Mukesh Prasad
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67623 of 2025(6) dt.30-03-2026 2/3 and as such, she had filled up her husband's name in the 'Father/Husband' column and accordingly, name of her husband Mukesh Prasad is written on her BTET certificate. It is further submitted that the Circle Officer, Gaya town Block has issued non-creamy layer certificate in favour of the petitioner which also shows that Mukesh Prasad is the husband of this petitioner (Annexure-5). He further submits that during pendency of the case, in the meeting of Block Teacher Appointment Committee, an unanimous decision has been taken to keep petitioner in service vide Letter No. 05 dated 05.10.2024 (Annexure O.P-A series to the counter affidavit). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, materials available on record and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad connection with Ghosi P. S. Case
