No.432 of 2017, dated 24.11.2017, registered at Police Station Motipur, District- Muzaffarpur, under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of eight months. Prayer accepted.
Petition stands rejected as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
