The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner along with other persons cheating the passerby people by playing Tintasiya. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
