Grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non consideration of his case for grant of pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue is no more res integra. The matter was decided by the Division Bench in LPA No. 167 of 2016 dated 23.6.2017. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners in the light of decision in LPA
