This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhaka P.S. Case No.429 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 & 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the possession of the accused persons including the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71408 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.429 of 2023. 7.
This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Sikarganj Police Station, DistrictEast Champaran, on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
