Petitioner is the first wife of respondent no. 6, late Dr. Majhar Bari and claims 50% of the pension amount of respondent no. 6 as she is not being maintained by her husband. Considering the nature of claim as made by the petitioner, let the petitioner approach the respondent authorities by way of representation which will be disposed of by the respondent no. 2, the Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of two months from
