However, in view of the availability of the Pradhikarn i.e. Anudanit Shikha Pradhikaran constituted under the Bihar Shikha Pradikaran, 2015 is appropriate forum where the petitioner can approach for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Pradhikarn. Petition is filed before the Pradhikar by the petitioner, the Pradhikar will decide the claim
