JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pakari Barwan P.S. Case No. 257 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 354, /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner no. assaulted the informant and petitioner no. 2 thrashed her on the ground. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is aunt of petitioner no. 1 and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute and there is no repetition of blow and as per instruction, injury sustained by her was found to be simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Pakari Barwan P.S.
