Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma Advocate For the Respondent/s :

Mr. S.Raza Ahmad AAG5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The Court is not inclined to interfere with the finding given by the Learned Single Judge. Firstly, for the reason indicated by him that Annexure - 4 does not inspire confidence, as there is neither any signature nor any date assigned therein, which can establish filing of such an application. Secondly, the whole Rule with regard to the assignment of PDS dealership etc.

Patna High Court LPA No.1079 of 2017(5) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 has undergone a change now.

In view of the same and keeping in mind that the issue related to the year 2006, no relief can be granted in favour of the appellant.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
