2. Earlier, the regular bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81540 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 21.05.2025 but till date not a single witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
