1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 387, 504, 506, 427, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and informant alleges that she was extending the height of the boundary of her purchased house, when the accused persons along with the petitioners and 20-25 unknown accused came and demanded extortion of Rs. one crore, on protest, it is alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant and snatched her golden chain and behaved

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with general and omnibus allegation. It is further submitted that petitioners have been implicated in the instant case only for the reason that they are son, wife and son-in-law of Ashok. It is next submitted that the dispute is purely civil to which a criminal colour has been given.
5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agam Kuan P. S. Case No. 994 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
