1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present writ application was filed by Association of Teachers Training College, Bihar, for a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.20821 of 2019(4) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 to the respondents to devise a mechanism so that all the allotted seats of B.ED course in private B.ED colleges gets fulfilled either from the qualified eligible candidates from combined entrance test conducted in the year 2020-22.

3. Learned counsel for the University and N.C.T. jointly submit that the session for which the writ petitioner was seeking allotment of seat has already been expired and the present writ application has become infructuous.
