JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52277 of 2024 in which father's name of the petitioner is mentioned as Narayan Ram in place of Narayan Yadav.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the petition in Cr. Misc. No. 52277 of 2024 father's name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Narayan Ram in place of Narayan Yadav and due to which the same has been typed in the order dated 28.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 52277 of 2023 which requires correction.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the father of petitioner in the petition in course of the day.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances, the present Modification Application stands allowed. Let the name of the father of petitioner be read as Narayan Yadav in place of Narayan Ram in the order dated 28.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 52277 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52277 of 2024 stands modified to the above extent. Further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned with the conditions as stated in the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2024.
