By the impugned order, the learned Member(Administrative), B.L.T. set aside the order of the SubDivisional Officer, Gopalganj and remanded the case to the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj to examine the case afresh in accordance with law. Since the matter has been remanded for consideration to the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer to consider the matter afresh, I do not find any illegality
Patna High Court CWJC No.2283 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 in the order. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with observation that both the parties may appear before the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj who shall consider the case of the petitioner and respondent in accordance with law.
