2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Md. Shadam and this petitioner broke the lock of the gate of the informant, fired two shots in the area and thereafter, fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is brother and petitioner no. 2 is uncle of the informant and due to partition dispute, scuffle took place. Though, there is allegation of firing, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the relationship between the parties, nature of dispute and the fact that no one sustained any injury, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
