2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file representation before the Registrar of the University with regard to the grievance raised in the present writ petition along with claim for any statutory interest.
3. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2316 of 2018 dt.21-06-2018 2/2 accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any amount is due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
