2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2023, lodged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 30.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39440 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 13.08.2024 vide Annexure-3 of the bail petition.

5. Counsel further submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean. He further submits that progress report has been called for.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from the report, it transpires that the case is fixed for prosecution witness.

7. Counsel also submits that the other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No 37556/2024 with analogous case and vide order dated 31.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.40962 of 2024.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District and Sessions Judge-8, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
