The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No.70 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 420, 354(B), 506,307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that the petitioner Saurav Kumar Jha used to come at the door of the informant Vibha Devi to teach children and developed a good relation. After taking faith of the informant, the petitioner demanded some money on the pretext of constructing a house, due to which the informant gave Rs. 65,000/-, her sister-in-law(Devrani) Chhavi Devi gave Rs. 22,000/-, her husband Bharat Mandal gave Rs.15,000/- and her

It is alleged that on 16.07.2019 at about 11.30 P.M. the petitioner entered in the house of Chhavi Devi (sister-in-law of the informant) and tried to outrage her modesty and on alarm raised by the informant's devrani (sisterin-law), the informant's family and other co-villagers came. In the meantime, the petitioner entered under a cot due to that the petitioner was locked in the room. Information was given to Gram-Kutchery. In the meantime, Jitu Jha, mother of the petitioner, sister Munmun Jha and elder brother of the petitioner Dhiraj Jha came and on 19.07.2019 a Panchayati was organized and in the Panchayati, the petitioner accepted about the occurrence but he refused to return back the said amount. Thereafter, on 25.08.2019, the petitioner came on a motorcycle at the residence of the informant at about 7.00 A.M. and tried to forcibly take her away on the motorcycle but on hulla, her husband came and saved her.

Submission is that in fact, the petitioner used to come at the door of the informant to teach the children and the informant wants to grab the tuition fees, which is due against her and due to the said reason, the informant's husband and her family members brutally assaulted the petitioner and snatched

Case No.71 of 2019 was registered for offence under Section 341, 323/304/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the informant and other family members and due to the said reason, to put pressure tactics, the present case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. VI, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No.70 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
