The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for anticipatory bail in this case and the same was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45050 of 2019 but the petitioner has tried to take recourse to various documents in support of his statement that he is innocent. Once anticipatory bail petition was rejected, therefore this Court is not convinced to consider the case of the petitioner afresh after two years.

In the circumstances, the anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that all the materials available on record will be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by rejection of this anticipatory bail petition. The court below is directed to consider the case of
