The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an encroachment proceedings is pending bearing case no. 28 of 2018-19 before the Circle Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga, wherein notices have been issued to the petitioner and the petitioner has also filed his objection. It is prayed that the Circle Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga be directed to dispose off the said proceedings by passing a final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.20211 of 2019 dt.17-10-2019 2/2 with a direction to the Circle Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga to pass final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after considering the objection filed by the petitioner herein within a period of 03 months of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
