2. The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 16.08.2024 passed by the learned Exclusive Judge SC/ST (POA) Act, Darbhanga, in Complaint Case No. 49 of 2024 whereby the learned Court dismissed the Complaint petition under section 203 of the Cr.P.C.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the petition.
