2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 303(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 66, 66(c), 66(D) of the IT Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 15.07.2025.
4. As per FIR accused persons along with this petitioner are alleged to be involved in cyber fraud where they cheated innocent persons. Upon raid, several electronic
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69389 of 2025(3) dt.20-11-2025 2/3 gadgets, passbooks, ATM cards, debit cards etc. were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has falsely been implicated with present case merely on the basis of suspicion. No any incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions as petitioner implicated prima facie with this case being the wife of co-accused Sooraj Kumar and further by taking note of fact that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, coupled with the fact as petitioner remains in custody since 15.07.2025, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/concerned Court, subject to the conditions as
