2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 536 of 2025 arising out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 266 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution story, in short, is that the petitioners along with other family members have killed the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68493 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is the sisterin-law and petitioner no.3 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry from these petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 05.03.2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 11.04.2025, petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 28.05.2025 whereas petitioner no.3 is in custody since 21.06.2025. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, there being no direct allegation against the petitioners as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sessions Trial No.
