JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 While granting release of the vehicle in question one of the conditions indicated by this Court for such provisional release is deposit of original title deed of the immovable property lying within the jurisdiction of the authorities concerned, learned counsel submits that he is resident of Vaishali, whereas, the authorities concerned is the District Magistrate, Samastipur, within whose jurisdiction he does not have any immovable property. Considering the submission and taking into consideration the undue hardships expressed by this petitioner, this Court would direct that the relevant part of the order whereunder the word "by deposit of the original title deeds of immovable property lying within the jurisdiction of the authorities concerned" is stated shall be read as

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.325 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 "deposit of original title deeds of immovable property owned by the petitioner within the jurisdiction of the State of Bihar" shall be substituted.
