Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No.123 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner caught hold the hand of the informant with an intention to outrage her modesty.

Mr. Udit Narain Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties are agnates and are neighbours also. Learned counsel further submits that recently a partition between the parties had taken place and there was

Learned counsel further submits that no serious injury has been caused to the informant and others. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are agnates and there appears to be a land dispute between the parties, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of surrender by him, he shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Siwan, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
