2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawadah (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1070 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a/ 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one pistol has been recovered from the room of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023. The petitioner has antecedent also.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1070 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Rupoh Police Station, Nawadah on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
