2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 09.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35942 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the address of petitioner No. 2 in the cause title and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the cause title of the main petition, address of petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as 'District- Patna' instead of 'District- Muzaffarpur'. Same error

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70343 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 has occurred in aforesaid order dated 09.08.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, let address of petitioner No. 2 in the cause title of the order dated 09.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35942 of 2023 as well as in the cause title of the instant order be read as 'District- Muzaffarpur' instead of 'District- Patna' and further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioners for furnishing bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 09.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35942 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
