This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act and further direction to release 46 quintals of rice kept in 92 plastic bags and 15 quintals of wheat kept in 30 plastic bags which have been allegedly seized by the Block Supply Officer, Belaganj in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1442 of 2019(3) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Magistrate, XI, Gaya.

Learned counsel for the State at the very beginning submitted that investigation has been concluded and chargesheet has been submitted but no order has been passed by the Magistrate on the chargesheet.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at an appropriate stage if any order is passed which is prejudicial to him.
