The petitioner has earlier approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5057 of 2015 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 13.04.2015, as contained in Annexure-5, directing the respondents to take final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner. The petitioner was also granted liberty to file representation to his claim enclosing the copy of the order (Annexure-5). Thereafter the petitioner has approached the Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.11282 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2018 2/2 for initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents vice M.J.C. No. 20 of 2016. The contempt proceeding was dropped on 13.07.2016 with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his issue. The petitioner submits that vide Annexures- 7 and 8, representations have been filed by the petitioner before the Registrar of the University and the same is pending. Instead of keeping the matter pending, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representations of the petitioner, if not already decided, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The University will also see that whatever is found admissible and payable to the petitioner, be paid to the petitioner within a further period of one month from such decision.
