2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant's wife and also molested her and when informant and his son went to save they were also beaten. Later on, informant's wife died during treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 2.7.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that due to assault caused by the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66604 of 2025(4) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 and other accused persons, informant's wife sustained multiple injuries which has also come in the post mortem report.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
