JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Mr. Alam, counsel for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, has fairly submitted that the petitioner shall move the learned Family Court for initiating contempt proceeding in accordance with law against the respondent (husband) who in spite of diverse orders passed by the Court in the pending proceeding bearing Maintenance case No. 4 of 2005 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.18496 of 2013 (4) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 the Misc. case no. 29 of 2006, arising therefrom, has not complied with the orders of the Court.
The writ application stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the learned Family Court where the maintenance matter and connected matter(s), are pending consideration.
Needless to observe, if any application is filed by the petitioner, the learned Family Court, in seisin of the matter, shall take decision and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Shyam/- U
