2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this M.J.C. application the petitioner has retired from the service.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2321 of 2022(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 case, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Opposite Party No.3 along with all supporting documents within a period of 30 days and the Opposite Party No.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the Opposite Party No.3 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the payment of the same shall be made to the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
