2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which later on Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Initially, an FIR was registered for the missing child. Subsequently, the dead body of the child was recovered.

4. The petitioner and other accused were not made suspect in the FIR. They have been made suspect after five days. Expect for the delayed mentioning of the petitioner as suspects, no material has come during investigation.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2025.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2025.
